Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed and your purchase is processed there is usually 2-5h before our systems ships out the order.

Why haven't I received all the items I ordered?

To be as cost-effective and as environmentally sustainable as possible we do not keep a large amount in stock, due to this our orders sometimes get shipped out from one of our suppliers.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you don't pick up your package in time your order will be shipped back to our supplier, in case that happens you might be liable to pay for the additional shippingfees.
